Where do these plants shipped?

All plants are sent from the PLANTAROID greenhouse, Kediri - INDONESIA

Where can this plant be sent and is the process legal?

We can serve orders to countries in ASIA, USA, CANADA, & EUROPE. The process is legal, the shipment will be accompanied by a phytosanitary certificate and other supporting documents.

Does the buyer have to have an import permit?

Policies in each country are different. For now, countries that require import permits to purchase cross-border plants are the USA, CANADA, HONGKONG, PHILIPPINES, AUSTRALIA, NEW ZEALAND, MALAYSIA & SINGAPORE. Contact / look at the website of the department of agriculture to find out the policy updates.

How much is the shipping cost, delivery time and how is it delivered?

For shipping costs, check shipping rates. Estimated delivery 2-10 working days until the destination of the package depending on the delivery service used. Shipping services using AIR CARGO, DHL EXPRESS and EMS.

How long does it take to process an order?

Takes 1 - 2 weeks for the process of obtaining export permits & laboratory examinations for the issuance of Phytosanitary Certificates. Plants can be sent if a Phytosanitary Certificate has been issued.

What about the condition of the plants and the packaging of the package?

The plants sent have received special treatment to be clean from pests and insects, without using soil media, but using alternative planting media, namely moss / tissue. We do packaging safely, use safe boxes and are resistant to hot and cold weather.

How to pay for the order?

We use secure payments for both buyers and sellers. Currently the default payment in our store is PAYPAL. If you want another payment method, please contact us first.

How do I track my order?

We will send the tracking number and link via email so that buyers can monitor the journey of their packages.
